Planning before concrete arrives
The apron elevation is controlled by the surfaces on both sides. We set the slope to move water away from the structure while keeping a smooth transition for vehicles and equipment.
Built for Southeast Minnesota conditions
Minnesota apron concrete sees snowplow blades, salts and freeze-thaw at the exact point where water can collect near a building. Drainage and a stable base are especially important.
Finish and project options
Aprons can be poured with new driveways or floors, or replaced as a focused project where the main slab remains serviceable.
