Planning before concrete arrives
Foundation concrete has little tolerance for casual layout. Wall locations, openings, anchor locations, step-downs, elevations and access for the pour need to be coordinated before placement. The earlier those details are resolved, the smoother the transition to framing.

Finish and project options
