Planning before concrete arrives
Pool coping, equipment locations, gates, drainage and furniture zones need to be understood before the pour. We coordinate elevations so water leaves the walking surface rather than collecting at the house or creating low spots around the pool.
Built for Southeast Minnesota conditions
Because Minnesota pools are seasonal, the deck spends much of the year exposed to freeze-thaw cycles even when the pool is closed. Drainage and a weather-appropriate finish are central to long-term performance.
