Planning before concrete arrives
Existing door height usually drives the geometry. We measure the total rise, available run and landing space before forming, then coordinate the new work with adjacent walkways and drainage so the finished entry feels intentional.
Built for Southeast Minnesota conditions
Snow and ice make traction and drainage important at Minnesota entries. Water should not sit against the building or freeze in a low spot at the bottom of the steps.
Finish and project options
Steps can use a straightforward broom finish, exposed aggregate or selected decorative finishes. The surrounding project may also include a landing, handrail provisions or a widened entry walk.
