Planning before concrete arrives
Door openings, trench or floor drains where designed, wall locations and vehicle paths all affect the pour. For replacements, we examine why the original floor failed before placing new concrete over the same conditions.

Minnesota garages collect snowmelt and road salts for months at a time. Surface durability, drainage, joint layout and proper curing are important for keeping the floor serviceable through repeated winters.
Finish and project options
Garage floors are typically finished for easy cleaning and practical traction. If a coating system is planned later, that should be discussed before the pour so curing products and surface preparation are compatible.
